This is always the nerve-wracking part and it's always trickier than on a sample because you've got the weight of the quilt working against you. But as long as the bit you're working on is flat and not under tension you'll be fine. Just remember, while you're working on it your nose is only a few inches away from the quilt, but you'll never look at it that closely once it's in use. Good luck!!
By the way, Quilts UK is on at the Malvern Three Counties showground this weekend. I'll be going tomorrow, it makes a lovely day out with the Malvern hills in the background.

Hmm, Malvern ...... four or five hours from here is just a bit too far at present. I miss it, most friendly, nicest show of the year.
