I find that my concentration levels are such that it is wise to take a break from quilting about every hour and a half - or I'm using the unpicker as much as the sewing machine!
But I wanted to keep the Christmas theme going, so I have baked my very own Scatty Stars...
So I'm just having a look at what everyone else is up to, and then the ol' pea brain will have recovered sufficiently for me to go into my next session.
Cookies sound pretty good right about now!
ReplyDeleteVery Good, Hazel! Maybe that's what I need to do, too. Cookies may put me in a crafting mood. I'll think of you munching your stars as you pay your visits:)
ReplyDeleteYummy - don't forget to send me some!
ReplyDeleteOh, I want about 1/2 dozen of those cookies! Actually, I just go home from going out to lunch with my husband and I certainly don't need cookies. But they look good.
ReplyDeleteThe biscuits are fab, Lynn - they are Rich Biscuits from the Be-Ro recipe book (a little paperback that should be found in recipe book collections, I think!). They have a shortbread texture, and are full of lemon zest.
ReplyDeleteYour brownies look fab, Joanna!
I'll think of you as I eat them, Sue, which will serve you right for being such a tease with your project! Teehee!
Hope your lunch was good, Karen - there's always a tiny bit of room for a biscuit...
